Submit an online inquiry.

Attend a Prospective Parent Meeting (September-April).  Save a place by calling 972.980.6377.

Complete the application form and mail with the $100 application fee by January 31.  St. Alcuin will continue to accept applications for all grades on a space availability basis.

Complete the transcript request form and mail to your child's current school (elementary and middle school applicants only).

Distribute the teacher evaluation forms and envelopes (children currently attending school).

The admission office will schedule a family interview for you.  We ask that both parents accompany the prospective student, if possible.

Please note that the Toddler Program (Ages 18 months to 3 years) has a rolling admission policy. In this program, applications are accepted and enrollment offered in almost every month of the year.

Admissions Timeline:

Sept.-Feb.: Prospective Parent Meetings
Dec.-March: Interviews and Student Visits
January 31: Applications due
January 25: Teacher recommendation forms and student transcripts due
February 23: Primary Group Interview (applicants to primary program)
March 14: Admission decisions mailed
March 28: Enrollment contracts due for new students
